Terms and Conditions

  • Rates shown represent the “one-way” cost “per vehicle” to/from the airport for each of the respective city/vehicle combinations.
  • Rates quoted are for the vehicle not the number of passengers.
  • Additional Fee charged for use of Toll Highway 407.
  • Additional Charges Apply for Extra Stops for respective Vehicles.
  • All Rates are subject to 13% HST (Govt Tax).
  • All reservations are subject to 15% Driver Gratuity.
  • Additional Charges Apply For airport pick-ups.
  • Orders canceled within 24 hours before pickup or no-show will be charged at 100% of the fare. All trips are final booking and deposit will not be refunded
  • For a pick up at an airport, 1st one hour from the landing is free and after that there will be a charge of $8.00 for every 10 minutes.
  • If there is anything we haven’t covered, or if you have any special requirements please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your transport needs in any way we can regardless of volume, budget, or urgency.

Terms and Conditions in Case of Vehicle Breakdown

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the policies and procedures to be followed in the event of a vehicle breakdown during the provision of our services. By engaging in our services, you (“Customer”) acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.

1. Service Types

We offer two types of services:

a. Point to Point: This service involves transportation from one specific location to another.

b. Hourly Service: This service provides transportation for a specified number of hours.

2. Breakdown Situations

While we are dedicated to ensuring safe and reliable transportation, unforeseen mechanical breakdowns may occur due to unexpected circumstances. In such cases:

a. Financial Responsibility: In the event of a breakdown, we will charge the completed portion of the trip based on the agreed service type. The remaining funds will be refunded to the customer.

b. Customer Transportation Responsibility: The customer will be solely responsible for arranging their own transportation from the point of breakdown to their intended destination. We recommend that customers have a contingency plan in case of such situations.

3. Alternative Vehicle Availability

a. Best Effort: We will make every effort to arrange an alternative vehicle in the case of a breakdown. However, availability cannot be guaranteed on an immediate basis.

b. No Liability: We are not liable for any costs, damages, or inconveniences resulting from the unavailability of an alternative vehicle.

4. Communication

a. Prompt Notification: In the event of a breakdown, the customer must promptly notify our customer service team using the provided contact information.

b. Assistance Coordination: Our customer service team will work to coordinate assistance and provide guidance to the customer during the breakdown situation.

5. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delays, interruptions, or breakdowns arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, and government actions.

6. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from a breakdown situation or related circumstances.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our official website or notifying the customer through provided communication channels.

By utilizing our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions concerning vehicle breakdown situations. These terms are designed to provide clarity and transparency in such cases and to ensure that the customer’s safety and convenience are of paramount importance.
